If you downloaded any of these Apps from the Google Play Store, this is the privacy policy that applies to your use of that App. The developer name "ODN & Sons" and the contact email support@allcreatormind.com listed in our Google Play store listings refer to the same legal entity described in this document.
1. Our Approach to Privacy
We build privacy-first apps. We do not collect, store, or retain any personal data. Any information that passes through our Apps does so only in real-time to fulfil an API request — it is never saved to our servers, databases, or any storage system.
2. How Our Apps Use Data
Our Apps connect to third-party APIs to deliver their core features. When you use a feature powered by an API:
- Your input (such as a search query or request) is sent directly to the relevant API in real-time.
- The API returns a response which is displayed to you inside the App.
- Neither your input nor the API response is stored by us at any point.
Data is used only in-transit — it flows from your device to the API and back. Once the response is shown, nothing is retained.
3. Data We Do NOT Collect or Store
To be explicit, ODN & Sons does not collect, store, log, or retain:
- Your personal details (name, email, phone number, address)
- Your queries, inputs, or content entered into the App
- API responses or results shown to you
- Device identifiers, IP addresses, or location data
- Usage logs, analytics, or behavioural data
- Any other personal or non-personal data
We have no database of user data. There is nothing for us to delete, share, or breach.
4. API & Third-Party Services
Our Apps use third-party APIs to function. When an API call is made, your request is processed by that API provider under their own terms and privacy policy. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any API provider whose service is used within the App. ODN & Sons does not control how those providers handle data on their end, and we receive no copy of that data.
5. Internet & Permissions
Our Apps require internet access solely to make API calls for the features you actively use. No background data collection or tracking occurs. No other sensitive permissions (camera, location, contacts, microphone, etc.) are requested unless explicitly required by a specific app feature, in which case that app's individual privacy policy will describe it.
6. Data Security
Because we do not store any data, there is no stored data at risk. All API communication uses secure, encrypted connections (HTTPS). We do not operate any servers or databases that hold user information.
7. Data Retention
We retain no data. Data passes through in real-time for API use only and is not saved anywhere by ODN & Sons. If you contact us by email, your message and email address are kept only long enough to respond to you and then deleted.
8. Children's Privacy
Our Apps are not directed to children under the age of 13. Since we collect and store no data from any user, no data from children is collected either. If you have concerns, contact us at the address below.
9. Your Rights
Since we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing to access, correct, or delete on our side. If you have contacted us by email and wish for that correspondence to be deleted, please let us know and we will do so promptly.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of our Apps after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
