These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile applications and services provided by ODN & Sons ("we", "us", "our"), a studio established in 2022 and registered in Hisar, India. These Terms apply to every application we publish (each, an "App"). By downloading or using any of our Apps, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any ODN & Sons App, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Apps.
2. Licence to Use
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use our Apps for your own lawful, personal use, in accordance with these Terms and any applicable app store rules.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Apps for any unlawful, harmful or fraudulent purpose.
- Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the Apps, except where permitted by law.
- Interfere with, disrupt or compromise the security or integrity of the Apps.
- Resell, redistribute or commercially exploit the Apps without our written permission.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, design, branding, logos and software in our Apps are owned by or licensed to ODN & Sons and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
5. Your Content
Some Apps allow you to create or store content. You retain ownership of the content you create. You are responsible for that content and confirm you have the rights to use it.
6. Purchases & Subscriptions
Certain Apps may offer paid features, in-app purchases or subscriptions. Any payments are processed by the relevant app store or payment provider and are subject to their terms. Unless required by law, purchases are non-refundable. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your app store account.
7. Offline Use & Third-Party Services
Our Apps are designed to work mostly offline, with your data stored locally on your device. They connect online only for limited features such as purchases and sending feedback. We generally do not use third-party services within our Apps; where one is involved (for example, a payment provider), we are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of that third party, and your use of it is at your own risk.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Apps are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, and do not guarantee that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for any particular purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ODN & Sons shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill arising from your use of, or inability to use, our Apps.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to any App at any time if you breach these Terms or where required for legal, security or operational reasons. You may stop using our Apps at any time.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of our Apps after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Hisar, Haryana shall have jurisdiction over any disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have.
