What Save+ Needs From You
Save+ is built to be privacy-first and works mostly offline. Here is every piece of information the app needs from you and exactly why:
✓ Storage (Local Device Only)
What: Permission to read and write data on your device's local storage.
Why: Save+ saves all your content — notes, lists, saved items — directly on your device. Nothing is uploaded to our servers. This is the core function of the app.
Shared with anyone? No. Your saved data never leaves your device.
✓ Internet Access (Limited Use Only)
What: Permission to connect to the internet.
Why: Used only for two things — (1) processing an in-app purchase or unlocking a premium feature via the Google Play billing system, and (2) if you choose to send us feedback through the app or our website.
Shared with anyone? Only with Google Play's billing system when you make a purchase. We never send your personal data to any other third party.
✓ No Other Permissions Required
Save+ does not request or use:
- Camera or microphone
- Contacts or call logs
- Location (GPS or network-based)
- SMS or phone state
- Biometrics or device sensors
- Any other sensitive permission
1. Information We Collect
Data you create inside Save+
Any content you add inside the app — saved items, notes, lists, categories — is stored entirely on your device. We do not transmit, back up, or access this data. It belongs to you.
Purchase information
If you buy a premium feature or in-app purchase, the transaction is handled by Google Play Billing. We receive only a confirmation that the purchase was successful — we do not receive your card number, billing address, or any payment details.
Feedback you choose to send
If you contact us through our website or via email, we receive the message and the email address you use to send it. This is used only to reply to you.
Automatic / diagnostic data
We do not embed any analytics or crash-reporting SDKs in Save+. The only automatic data that may be collected is by the Android operating system itself or the Google Play Store (such as crash reports) — governed by Google's own privacy policy, not ours.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To operate Save+ and store your content on your device.
- To process purchases and unlock premium features you have paid for.
- To respond to feedback or support requests you send us.
- To comply with applicable laws.
3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. The only third-party involved is Google Play Billing when you make a purchase — and only the minimum information required for that transaction is shared. No other third-party services are embedded in Save+.
4. Data Storage & Retention
Your content is stored locally on your device for as long as you keep it there. You can delete it at any time from within the app. If you uninstall Save+, all locally stored data is removed with it (subject to any device backup settings you have enabled in Android).
5. Children's Privacy
Save+ is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
6. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Since Save+ stores data only on your device, you have full control over it directly. For any information held by us (such as a feedback email), contact us using the details below.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, the "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use of Save+ after an update means you accept the revised policy.
